Top Notch service but what I like even more was how they explain things for instance there was this Artwork that I was goanna DTG. Every other company gave us insane pricing because of course that was intricate but they told us we can create a high Res PNG that'll be cost efficient as well as it works perfect for DTG long story short top notch support team they know what they doing

Everyone must've heard how good digitizing Billys Custom Digitizing does let me tell something else I've been into Custom Apparel industry for 13 years and dealt with many digitizing companies haven't seen much better customer support than them they will understand what you're trying to explain halfway it feels like speaking to the digitizer and embroider at the same time they know machine thread, needle, hoops everything whereas other companies the support team hardly even know what digitizing is, just trying to sell you designs. Billys Did a Very Busy Vector Art for me the challenging part was when I was needing the color sep done lots of colors for screen printing as I was new to screen printing didn’t have a clue however they guided me with the correct options Simulated Color Sep very Satisfied Would recommend to anyone Billy you're Amazing :)

As per your question what sets Billys Custom Digitizing apart is how clean their design is I mean their design sense is so good that they make every design look very clean and pleasing with minimal thread breaks and production time I agree that sometimes they intentionally simplify design for instance removing an outline etc. or changing the font which hit me in the beginning but eventually I came to a conclusion that they know how it will stitch and they pre assess that which make their designs very clean and saves a lot of time and avoid redos would recommend to anyone

We do all types of printing here at our shop and using Billys Custom Digitizing they do wonderful work fastest turnaround I once sent them a Sketch and they converted into a perfect vector Highly recommended.

So My Concern Was Color Seps I do screen printing and Signs Billys Custom Digitizing they know how to create print ready colors seps and what separation method to use design to design which I wasn't able to find in tons of Vector Artist I've used which is great to have these guys are BRILLIANT.

I was having issues with my design all the digitizers I had in my list refused to work on because of too much detailed on small size I was almost going to say no to the customer which I hat doing then Billys contacted me it was a sales call he made me believe that it's possible to work on with some fine threads and needle at the end it stitched out beautifully small lettering was superb the customer and because most of the people can't do that design customers comes to me often now the good thing is It didn't costed me an arm & leg. I was new to embroidery and impatient lol I had issues in the beginning probably lack of knowledge about my embroidery machine they were very patient and helped me fixing my machine and some user errors and eventually I was able to stitch the design just how it should be they told me that all this process of going back and forth took time of equivalent of digitizing 10 designs I told them I could meet the difference however they said no! guys I can tell you that you've got a life time customer thank you for being so amazing Billys Custom Digitizing Highly recommended.
