In simple terms, embroidery digitizing is the conversion of artwork into a digital file using specialized software. This enables embroidery machines to comprehend the path of the needle. It's important to note that this process is not automated, and skillful digitizing is regarded as an art form when executed correctly.
Embroidery machines operate differently from computers and require specific file formats to interpret designs accurately. To ensure compatibility with your chosen embroidery machine, it's necessary to digitize your logo or design in a format that the machine can understand. The specific embroidery file type will depend on the type of machine you'll be using for your embroidery work.

Everyone must've heard how good digitizing Billys Custom Digitizing does let me tell something else I've been into Custom Apparel industry for 13 years and dealt with many digitizing companies haven't seen much better customer support than them they will understand what you're trying to explain halfway it feels like speaking to the digitizer and embroider at the same time they know machine thread, needle, hoops everything whereas other companies the support team hardly even know what digitizing is, just trying to sell you designs. Only Customer Apparel business owners who've been doing this for a while can relate to what I'm saying thanks guys for making my life easier. TOP NOTCH SUPPORT

If someone is looking for digitizing work, no need to look further. Bill at Billys Custom Digitizing is your guy we love the way they create designs in our exchange bill sometimes tell us that the Goal is a clean design we don't digitize the design according to the artwork but according to the machine that really hit me the way he modifies design let it be lettering or details and make it look so clean and crisp is amazing I have hardly seen any other digitizer used doing that Very Highly Recommended!

As per your question what sets Billys Custom Digitizing apart is how clean their design is I mean their design sense is so good that they make every design look very clean and pleasing with minimal thread breaks and production time I agree that sometimes they intentionally simplify design for instance removing an outline etc. or changing the font which hit me in the beginning but eventually I came to a conclusion that they know how it will stitch and they pre assess that which make their designs very clean and saves a lot of time and avoid redos would recommend to anyone

I want to say thank you so much to Billy, who worked with me to both design and digitize a small lettering based logo. The quality was amazing, and the customer service was great. Billy was highly responsive and quick to make any changes in the artwork. Plus, I did not need to make a single change in the digitizing. It was perfect! I will continue using Billy's Custom Digitizing for my digitizing needs in the future!,

There's a saying you can't get all three chose two Among these Good Quality, Low Pricing, Fast Turnaround we've proved it wrong by offering all Three together, after analyzing our spending on quality digitizing and experiments, great custom service training, staff backups to provide uninterrupted service unlike a freelancer or some self-claimed company operated by a single person which can have any emergency results in your work getting delayed to avoid that this is the pricing we've come up with neither expensive nor cheap reasonable, if you're an Custom Apparel Shop owner that does regular digitizing at least 5 to 10 designs coatct us for negotiations the more you do with us the better price one gets

A: we accept all major file format anything works even if it’s it’s a camera taken picture it just has to be straight and even or else it would be hard but any vector file is ideal with a Transparent no Background PNG file we can also restore and arts for embroidery though it cost separately
A: Minor Changes are absolutely free but an major artwork change to the same design will be a separate charge.
A: minor resizing like half an inch or an Inch in some cases is free embroidery is not scalable and one have to re digitize the artwork according to the size change so in some cases it’s free but in some it’s a charge.
A: you can't use the left chest file for the cap as well cap designs needs to be digitized differently for a curved surface centered out and bottom up stitch sequence and on a different densities and sizes that makes it a separate charge
A: you get 4 or 3 files in return please find below: 1: Machine File (this is the files you’re gonna load to your machine it can be DST, PES, BSD, JEF, OFM, EXP and so many more we offer machine files for all machine out there so no worries on that) 2: PDF Production Worksheet (a complete advanced worksheet that gives you all the basic info regarding the design forisntance size, colors, stops, and a lot more) 3:Source File (On Request Only) 4: JPEG (Digital sew out that’s how your design should look after embroidering)
A: if you aren’t a professional digitizer we won’t recommend to that sometimes when you import the design in the software and export it the settings can change too that can cause the design to ruin so it’s recommended to just download and load the file to your machine
A: embroidery is not scalable; it needs to be redgitized after being resized. That's why we won’t recommend to resize the design on a machine nor on software that can cause the design to ruin. It's recommended to ask us for any kind of resizing or editing.
