A: Minor Changes are absolutely free but an major artwork change to the same design will be a separate charge.

A: minor resizing like half an inch or an Inch in some cases is free embroidery is not scalable and one have to re digitize the artwork according to the size change so in some cases it’s free but in some it’s a charge.

A: you can't use the left chest file for the cap as well cap designs needs to be digitized differently for a curved surface centered out and bottom up stitch sequence and on a different densities and sizes that makes it a separate charge

A: you get 4 or 3 files in return please find below: 1: Machine File (this is the files you’re gonna load to your machine it can be DST, PES, BSD, JEF, OFM, EXP and so many more we offer machine files for all machine out there so no worries on that) 2: PDF Production Worksheet (a complete advanced worksheet that gives you all the basic info regarding the design forisntance size, colors, stops, and a lot more) 3:Source File (On Request Only) 4: JPEG (Digital sew out that’s how your design should look after embroidering)

A: if you aren’t a professional digitizer we won’t recommend to that sometimes when you import the design in the software and export it the settings can change too that can cause the design to ruin so it’s recommended to just download and load the file to your machine
